Could someone give me a few good set-ups for a headlock (head and arm)takedown?

I'm writing from Albany, New York and I have a question concerning wrestle-offs. My son attends a small private catholic high school which also includes a junior high school so there is not enough kids to have both a JV and a Varsity team. My son is a senior and his record is 500 - 700 range this year. There are already 4 forfeits on the varsity team because of not having enough wrestlers.
My son was recently challenged by an 8th grader who is a member of the varsity team and can't make weight at 112. The 8th grader can't beat the 119 LB wrestler, so he challenged my son who is at 125 and won 5 - 3. My son is humiliated and just walked off; he doesn't want to challenge the 130 LBer who he had to beat every week last year in a wrestle off to be able to wrestle, and did so 9 out of 10 times. He feels that if he can't beat the 8th grader he shouldn't be wrestling. My son has 4 weeks left in his career and the 8th grader obviously has 4 years left. My son just came in 5th place at a large tournament in Middletown and I hate to see his high school senior year end this way. If my son doesn't quit, he said he will have to wrestle the 8th grader every week for a spot in the weekend tournaments and he doesn't want to be humiliated weekly. For weekly matches the coach allows anyone who so desires to go up a weight class and for tournamen.... Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on the matter.
